OUR OVERALL VISION
Its our Mission to establish Jesus as Lord and Savior to our community one person at a time with a large focus on youth.
We are currently reaching over 14 different communities and are growing together multiple times a week with our time focused on intimacy with God the Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit thru Worship and Growing in the true knowledge of HIM by reading and teaching the Word of God, The Holy Bible.

We go out 10 miles in every direction to serve these communities with our large 73 person Bus and our 4 ton Truck and our Land Cruiser Safari. We bring close to 200 people to The Way Church and Youth Center multiple times a week for Church Meetings and Discipleship Training to do exactly what Jesus told us to do. Go into all the world and make disciples.
Always starting and finishing with Jesus the author and perfector of our Faith.
Our community is made up of around 12,000 people of which 60% is under 20 years old. Almost half of these youth have zero Dad and many dont even know their Dad. Religion and poverty seem to be our biggest enemies. 99% of all 12,000 believe in Jesus and maybe 10% actually know HIM.

Eileen Yemma, Senior Youth Pastor and Worship Leader
Eileen has a deep Love for the youth that few can match. Extremely passionate for His Presence this seems to be our best tool for reaching the youth. Most of our youth call her Mom.
Allan Narvaez, Youth Pastor
He has been a friend of ours for over 15 years and has recently made the decision to serve fulltime with The Way. Halleluja! Filled with the Holy Spirit and a huge passion for youth and his community we are extremely grateful to have him on our side. Much more to come from Pastor Allan.
